A free choice!

Since Fritz Perls' genius founded his efficient Psychotherapistic school, Gestalt-therapists name the most of the time unproductive intellectual arguing about psychological problems, the rather worthless pre-discussions of therapeutic methods as such, to tackle the former, or especially any other ineffective intellectualizing neurotic responses by the patient, straightforwardly: 'mindfucking'!

Be it as it may: From a gentle start in psychoanalysis, including an inexhaustible opportunity to work at the intellectual level with your analytic, there are therapists teeming all over the place, who offer you the chance to do uniformly this, one way or the other, at the level or even meta-level of conscious mind; in innumerable hours of Psychotherapistic settings, as well.

I am not going to trample into my own ambush anyway and start discussing the uselessness or usefulness of Psychotherapistic methods at a merely intellectual level, compared to Ericksonian hypnosis; though, the field of psychotherapy would be rigorously impoverished without the kindhearted genius of Carl Rogers.
Although: "Le langage est source de malentendus" (Le Petit Prince)

You have a free choice!
If you decide for the above-mentioned intellectuality, then don't call me!
My time is too expensive: either in the direction of intellectualizing, or, i.e., concerning your pecuniary funds, quite literally, in the other.

On the other hand:
If you decide to work at the level of hypnosis, where your creativity dominates and intellectualizing becomes shut out from the ineffective attempt of dominating your mind's invincible competence, at least intermittently, for a short while, then you are welcome!

If you are willing to solve your problems in a state of active hypnotic trance, at this distinctively other level of consciousness, as well as to rescue your younger self from underlying unknown sources - instead of exploring, analyzing their time past exclusively, to understand them at an intellectual level -, then you are welcome.

Anyway:
I want to suggest that you think it over very carefully, since a vast array of the dominating, more or less rather superficial psychological disorders would be solved by the above mentioned Psychotherapys, at a merely intellectual level, successfully as well.

Although I sincerely doubt:
That intellectual psychological approaches would protect you, from a level of conscious mind, in an equivalent way, in e.g. dental surgery, for a painless three and halve hours, without a single jab of Novocain; to say the least about a small fraction of the genuine forces of hypnosis.

Finally:
Not to neglect the factor of time plus a sincere chance to reach your personal goals successfully:
There the steadfast achievements of hypnotherapy meet the expenses of an average of 10 settings.
You would better just call one of the other therapists yourself, to find out the difference.

One final word:
Do not weigh any importance on promises of success! Exclusively you yourself will prove your successful changes, there, in the world out there; rather immediately from the start, while our joint work in hypnosis would be still going on, and afterwards, as well.
This, rigorously down-to-earth, is the only truth and genuine feedback in Psychotherapistic success.
